The village has an attractive parish church and the Wheatsheaf pub/restaurant on the edge of the village. Detailed planning consent S/2512/15/FL was granted on 06/07/16 and varied ref. S/0316/19/VC on 22/03/19. The variation was to revise the plot area.

The seller has previously applied for a second property to the east of the consented site. This application was refused and the vendor is appealing this decision.

The seller has implemented the consent by connection of service to the plot. Copies of documentation to confirm this are available for inspection.
