Legal Requirements/Heads of Terms
The buyer and seller will enter into a series of conditions as follows.
1. The seller will require the buyer the enter into a covenant to build the property as consented. If they wish to make any adjustments to this they will need the sellers specific consent.
2. The buyer will be required to construct the boundary wall between the property and the retained property to the buyers specification, details of which are available upon request.
