Description

Planning

The land is sold subject to any development, plan, tree preservation order, town planning scheme, resolution of notice which may or may not come into force. The land has outline planning permission for a riding school and livery stables under reference S/1254/87/0 and S/2045/89. The planning is subject to a Section 52 Agreement under the Town and Country Planning Act 1971 which states that the application (S/1254/87/0) is approved subject to the following condition “in the event of the development not being commercially viable, the property shall revert to agricultural use and the said flat shall thereafter be occupied by a person engaged in agricultural provided that following reversion to agricultural use, the property shall not later be used for purposes of riding school and/or livery stables without further planning permission”.
